Who we are
This store is operated by Face to Foot ("we", "us"), selling merchandise via Big Cartel at facetofoot.bigcartel.com.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: name, shipping address, email address, and order details. Payment is processed directly by PayPal. We don't see or store your full card details. If you sign up to a mailing list, we collect your email address for that purpose only.
How we use it
- To process, pack, and ship your order
- To contact you about your order (dispatch, tracking, issues)
- To send marketing emails, only if you've opted in, you can unsubscribe anytime
- To meet our legal obligations (e.g. tax record-keeping)
Who we share it with
Order and payment information passes through our platform provider Big Cartel and payment processor PayPal, and shipping details go to our postage carrier Australia Post. We don't sell or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on Big Cartel's and our payment processor's servers, which may be located outside Australia. These providers maintain their own security standards; we don't store payment card details ourselves.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it (where we're not legally required to keep it, e.g. for tax purposes) by emailing facetofoot2@gmail.com.
