Shipping and delivery

Processing time
Orders are hand packed to order and usually ship within 5 business days of purchase. For pre-orders fulfilment will occur on the specified date in the product description.

Postage
We ship with Australia Post.

• Standard domestic post
• International post to New Zealand only. Due to complications in EU and US processing we will not be offering international post.
  

Shipping costs are a flat-rate of $12 domestic, with additional items adding $3.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout as we're not able to cover reshipping costs for parcels returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at facetofoot2@gmail.com and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or refund, in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
