About this store
Face to Foot operates this store to sell official band merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product descriptions
We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and handmade/small-batch items may have minor variations. This doesn't affect your consumer guarantee rights for faulty goods.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are GST-exempt as we're not currently registered for GST. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.


Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via the checkout options provided. Orders won't be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

Order acceptance and cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order (e.g. stock error, suspected fraud) and will issue a full refund if this happens. You can request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting facetofoot2@gmail.com. We can't guarantee cancellation once an order has been packed or dispatched.

Intellectual property
All band names, logos, artwork, and designs on this site are owned by Face to Foot and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or products purchased from it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version live on the site at the time of your order applies.
